Real Estate Systems
Manage A Growing Real Estate Portfolio With Our Robust Productivity Tools
The real estate system is used to manage all the requirements of managing multiple properties from allocating tasks to the appropriate contractor through to reporting on customer requests. Some of the functions include job tracking, recording and reporting on all incoming customer, rental or agency requests, job prioritisation, effective and efficient task allocation to one or many potential contractors and more.
The system is completely flexible in its implementation and can be easily customised to suit any specific requirement. For example, job tasks can be accepted individually and then allocated as a group to maximise efficiencies. Once an allocated task is completed it can then be synchronised with the appropriate accounting and invoicing system or otherwise handled.
Some of the current implementations include:
- Manage work to be done at rental properties
- Manage onsite inspections
- Contractor activity
- Management of invoicing
- Apply standard activities to all allocated job tasks for correct and accurate reporting
- Compare times charged to contractor invoices
- Manage the number of contractors or agents
- Analyse busy and quiet times by day, week or month
- Send instant messages to vehicles or remote personnel
- Create remote vehicle check lists based on specific job tasks.
A sample Real Estate Agents report may contain the following information:
- Task start and completion times sorted by customer and contractor
- Jobs allocation and status reports (incomplete, complete with reason codes)
- Current location of contractor & recording their daily movements
- Length of time on a site by contractor to compare with hours allocated to a job.
A sample Contractors report may contain the following information:
- Job list by location and activity
- Distance travelled
- Travel reason codes for tax (builds a tax log book)
- Service reminders.
- A sample Owners report may contain the following information:
- Jobs completed on premises this month / quarter / year
- Cost of jobs for tax purposes
- Who did the jobs, when were the jobs completed, how long did they take.
